❓Is this just a workout plan, or do I actually get coaching?
No PDFs, no generic programs. This is real 1-on-1 coaching. I build your training and nutrition strategy from scratch, based on your goals, schedule, and equipment — and I adjust it every week based on your progress.
❓Do I need to be advanced or in great shape to start?
Not at all. You just need to be serious. I coach people at different experience levels — what matters is that you’re coachable and consistent. If you're willing to follow the process, you'll see results.
❓What equipment do I need?
We’ll use what you have. Whether you train at a gym, at home, or a mix of both, I’ll build your plan around your setup. You do not need a fully equipped gym — but you do need to be resourceful and ready to train.
❓How do check-ins and communication work?
Each week, you’ll complete a check-in form that I review in detail. Based on that, I update your program and give you written feedback. You’ll also have private messaging access (Monday–Friday) for support, adjustments, and questions throughout the week.
❓What if I fall off or miss a week?
It happens — and that’s what coaching is for. I’ll help you reset quickly without guilt or wasted time. This isn’t about perfection — it’s about building discipline and resilience over time.
❓Do you offer refunds or cancellations?
No. Coaching is a commitment. I only take on serious clients, and in return, I give my full attention and effort. If you commit, I commit. No refunds, no ghosting, no half-in effort.
